So Elizabethtown kind of made me sick of him and doubt his talents as an actor (which, to be honest, I'm still iffy about), but rewatching LotR and then finally getting around to Haven and Ned Kelly have made me re-embrace the Orlando love! He's just so elfin and pretty!

I'm at the Apple store right now, playing with the Air and posting this entry. And I don't want to leave this baby behind. It's so BEAUTIFUL and LIGHT and AMAZING. This MacBook Air represents all that is good and true and pure in this world and I WANT IT.

Newest celebrity crush: Ioan Gruffudd





I actually wasn't sure if he was really a new crush/obsession or simply a passing interest, but after exhausting all the English-language interviews with him on Youtube, I just watched a bunch of interviews that were completely in Welsh and wasn't bothered at all. I think that's a pretty good sign that I'm smitten!

He's like the legitimately British and marginally more famous version of Alexis Denisof...

I saw from someone else's LJ that Michael Scofield was also an option, but I'm pretty happy about this one! I think in terms of Dean vs Michael, Dean really is my ideal TV boyfriend :) The description of Dean's personality is pretty on the mark, too. Excellent quiz!

I'm ridiculously excited about a teaser trailer that shows basically nothing...oh, except a little something called the frakkin' Enterprise! [Yeah I'm mixing fandoms, but I happen to be a person who also loves both the Stars - Trek and Wars - and a little BSG thrown in there doesn't hurt!]

It's been 6 months since graduation and I think the biggest lifestyle change is that I nap less. Because I actually work 9-5, Monday to Friday. But on Columbia's campus, so my environment hasn't even really been altered at all.

Oh and I got a haircut. I'm already kind of frustrated with it and wish my hair would grow back already. Hey at least there's less static now!

I've been working steadily since graduation but I have no savings to show for it, only a growing pile of debt from paying back school loans and law school applications. How unfair is it that the more I work, the less money I actually have. And sure, the uncontrollable urge to buy stuff doesn't help.

Okay, ultimately this post is as pointless as all my previous entries were, but I just revamped my LJ and that always makes me want to update. Also, while looking through my old entries, I saw the entries that document when I officially became obsessed with a new TV show and/or actor, and am glad that I have those saved on the interweb. May LJ never disappear and take my memories with it! I wish I had a new obsession to make a note of right here and now so I could look back on it and chuckle in another couple of months.

Oh and it's my last day of classes. I will never be an undergraduate ever again. I think I enjoyed my time here. I always think about where else I could have gone, but I'm happy I ended up here. It helps that the weather is really nice today and all the sakura trees are blossoming.
